Support projects - Take part in tomorrow's talent training!

The Académie

The missions of "L'Académie" rotate about three axes: transmission, training, creation. Structured in two poles, Professional Training and Arts Education, the Academy strives to accompany young artists and craftmen in learning their trades and allows students from kindergarten to university to discover the world of opera and ballet while being active.

Creation is the goal and the end. Directors and choreographers from very different backgrounds are invited to offer a new reading of repertoire works, both for artists and artisans in residence and for students being part of their artistic and cultural education.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR YOUNG ARTISTS AND ARTISANS IN RESIDENCE

L'Opéra national de Paris is committed to discovering and training the talents of tomorrow. In keeping with the institution's desire to place the artist at the heart of its project, the Académie de l'Opéra offers residencies to young artists from all over the world, from various disciplines related to stage art: singing, music, staging.

Since September 2016, the Academy also offers residences for the crafts.

ARTISTIC EDUCATION

The Academy strives to introduce lyrical and choreographic art to the audience from a very young age, through various educational activities (Ten Months School and Opera program, Young Audience programming, Opera-University program ...) .
