TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO PREMIUM BACKSTAGE TOURS
> Visitors are required to comply with the access conditions as communicated by AROP at the time of booking.
> The presence of professional photographers and any associated professional equipment is strictly prohibited during Premium backstage tours.
> It is strictly prohibited to photograph Paris Opéra staff or the costume workshops.
>
Taking
photographs during Premium backstage tours is permitted subject to the
following conditions:
• Photographs
must not, under any circumstances, be used for commercial purposes (including
websites, official social media, newsletters, etc.). They are strictly reserved
for the private use of participants or for internal corporate use only.
• No
product placement or brand association is permitted.
•
The event must not be associated with any sponsorship or patronage activities.
• Any
use of audiovisual equipment is subject to prior written authorization from
AROP.
• In
the event of non-compliance with these rules, image rights fees for the Paris
Opera may be claimed from the Client or Member.
> No cloakroom services are available for Premium backstage tours.
> For safety reasons, children under the age of eight (8) years are not permitted to participate in Premium backstage tours.
> Please note that certain areas visited are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
>
Punctuality and No-Shows:
• Tours
shall begin precisely at the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
• Should
the entire group fail to present itself within thirty (30) minutes of the
scheduled start time, the tour shall be cancelled without refund.
• If
the group arrives within this 30-minute window, the scheduled end time shall
remain unchanged, and the tour itinerary may be adapted accordingly.
> Participants are required to maintain a respectful attitude toward the premises, the Paris Opéra staff, and other visitors.
> In the event of non-compliance with the tour conditions, the guide is authorized to terminate the tour at any time without refund.
