General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Conditions for Admission to Performances

SECURITY AND TERMS OF ADMISSION


> The Client or Member undertakes to comply with all safety instructions and regulations, including both legal requirements pertaining to establishments open to the public (ERP) and specific directives issued by the Paris Opera.

> For health or security reasons, screening or checkpoints may be established at the entrance of each theatre. Spectators are requested to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of the performance.

> Each ticket grants access to one (1) seat only.

> It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, film, or record within the performance venue.

> Performance tickets may not be used as admission tickets for daytime tours of the theatres' public spaces.

> Houses doors shall be closed as soon as the performance begins. Out of respect for the audience and the artists, latecomers may only be seated during the intermission, should the performance include one.

> Theatre doors shall be closed fifteen (15) minutes after the start of the performance.

> Children are admitted from the age of five (5) years and older.

> Children up to the age of fourteen (14) years must imperatively be seated next to an accompanying adult.
