General Terms and Conditions - Galas

Galas are open to the general public, including both AROP members and non-members, as well as corporate and individual clients. Any ticket request confirmed by AROP shall be considered a firm and final booking, which may not be cancelled without incurring fees. The gala rates indicated are valid only until September 1st, 2026.

Depending on the duration of the performances (to be determined at a later date), cocktails shall take place either prior to the performance or during the interval. Suppers shall be served during the intervals or upon the conclusion of the performances.

Seating categories and pricing for Galas may differ from those in effect for standard performances.

SECURITY AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The Client undertakes to comply with all safety instructions and regulations, including legal requirements pertaining to establishments open to the public (ERP) and directives issued by the Paris Opera.

Each ticket grants access to one (1) seat only.

Theater doors shall be closed as soon as the curtain rises. Latecomers may only be seated at the end of the first scene act or during the intermission.

It is strictly prohibited to take photographs, film, or record within the performance hall.
