MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CORPORATE CLUB
1) AROP CORPORATE CLUB
The Association pour le Rayonnement de l’Opéra de Paris (AROP) aims to promote and support the development and influence of the Paris Opera by all available means.
An AROP membership is valid for one year (from date to date).
Within these general terms and conditions, the customer shall be referred to as the "Member Company."
2) MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
There
are three (3) membership categories, each conferring specific benefits. Any
company having subscribed to an AROP membership shall benefit from core
advantages common to all levels, including:
• Access
to AROP Evenings;
• Access
to AROP Private Events (« Arop Rendez-vous»);
• Corporate
visibility within the Paris Opera performance programs.
The comprehensive list of benefits associated with each membership level is available in our dedicated corporate brochure.
Benefits associated with each membership level (including, but not limited to, access to backstage tours, evenings, and private events) are valid exclusively during the current membership period and subject to the maintenance of said membership.
The three membership categories are as follows:
> Benefactor: Starting from €7,500
(equivalent
to €3,000 after tax deduction)
> Partner: Starting from €15,000
(soit 6 000€ après réduction d’impôt)
> Ambassador: Starting from €25,000
(equivalent
to 10,000 € after tax deduction)
The membership fees for the Corporate Club correspond to a donation deductible from corporate income tax. A tax receipt shall be issued and transmitted to the Member Company during the following calendar year (Year n+1).
3) SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS

4) PAYMENT TERMS
The
following methods of payment are accepted:

Made payable to "AROP." For foreign checks or Eurocheques, an
additional fee of €25 shall be applied to cover bank processing charges.

VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Bank
Transfer: To
the designated AROP bank account.
5) CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership for the AROP Corporate Club constitutes a one-year commitment and is strictly non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of subscriptions (defined as a package of AROP Evenings) purchased from the Association pour le Rayonnement de l’Opéra national de Paris (AROP).
Subscription packages are exclusively available to Corporate Club members whose membership fees are valid. Within these terms, the customer shall be referred to as the "Member Company."
The subscription period for our packages shall remain open until June 30, 2026.
1) SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURES
The Member Company may subscribe to a package via the following channels:

> Booking requests are processed in the order of receipt and according to the Company's membership category. Requests received after the closing of the subscription period shall be processed based on remaining availability and seating.
> Seating for performances and suppers is allocated according to membership category and availability. No guarantee is provided regarding the location or specific seating conditions for the supper, which may be adjusted based on the format of the evening.
> Depending on the duration and schedule of the performance, cocktails shall take place either prior to the performance or during the intermission. Suppers shall be served during the intermission or after the performance.
> Tickets and associated service vouchers (cocktails, suppers, or programs) shall only be transmitted to the Company upon receipt of full payment by AROP.
2) TERMS OF PAYMENT
The following methods of payment are accepted:

additional fee of €25 shall be applied to cover bank processing charges.

3) EXCHANGE AND REFUND CONDITIONS FOR AROP EVENINGS INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION
> Exchanges for a performance within the current season are permitted subject to the specific deadlines of each membership category and within the allotted quota. Any exchange exceeding this quota shall incur a fee of €50 per ticket, limited to 12 tickets per transaction.
Benefactor: Up to 15 business days prior to the performance.
Partner: Up to 8 business days prior to the performance.
Ambassador: Up to 5 business days prior to the performance.
> Refunds for AROP Evenings (tickets and services) are strictly reserved for Ambassador members, limited to one event and a maximum of 12 tickets. For all membership categories, suppers must be cancelled at least five (5) business days prior to the performance date.
4) CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE PARIS OPERA
> In the event of a cancellation attributable to AROP or the Paris Opera, the amount paid for tickets and suppers shall be converted into a credit note. Credit notes held by AROP are valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance. Upon expiration of this period, the sum shall be definitively retained by AROP.
> The Paris Opera reserves the right to modify the performances presented and, in particular, to offer a concert version if the conditions are not met to present the show as originally planned. In the event of a modified or "degraded" version, compensation may potentially be offered by the Paris Opera.
> If a performance is interrupted after more than half of its duration, the ticket will not be refunded.
> Cast lists and distributions are not guaranteed.
5) TAX RECEIPTS
Tickets sold as part of AROP subscriptions include a donation to support the activities of the Paris Opera.
These donations are deductible from corporate income tax. A tax receipt shall be issued and transmitted to the Member Company in Year n+1. Once the tax receipt has been issued, no refund of the donation amount shall be possible.
6) SECURITY AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION TO PERFORMANCES

3. AROP Evenings
BOOKING TERMS FOR CORPORATE CLUB MEMBERS
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the sale of performance tickets and additional services purchased from the Association pour le Rayonnement de l’Opéra national de Paris (AROP) within the framework of "AROP Evenings."
These events are exclusively available to Corporate Club members whose membership fees are valid. Within these terms, the customer shall be referred to as the "Member Company."
1) TERMS OF ACCESS AND AROP EVENINGS PROGRAM
> AROP Evenings are sold exclusively through AROP and are reserved for Corporate Club members whose membership fees are valid. These events are offered both within subscription packages and as individual bookings throughout the season. They include a performance with an intermission cocktail (or pre-performance if no intermission is scheduled) and the option to reserve a supper after the performance. Tickets are subject to availability and include a mandatory donation to support the activities of the Paris Opera.
> This donation is deductible from corporate income tax up to a limit of 60% of the donation amount.
> Seating for performances and suppers is allocated according to membership category and availability. No guarantee is provided regarding the location or specific seating conditions for the supper, which may be adjusted based on the evening's format.
> Depending on the duration and schedule of the performance, cocktails shall take place either prior to the performance or during the intermission. Suppers shall be served during the intermission or after the performance.
> Tickets and associated service vouchers (cocktails, suppers, or programs) shall only be transmitted to the Company upon receipt of full payment by AROP.
2) BOOKING PROCEDURES

requests must be submitted to AROP via the following channels:

> Requests for AROP Evenings or programs may be made up to 24 business hours prior to the performance, subject to availability.
> Supper reservations must be finalized no later than four (4) business days prior to the performance.

A single consolidated tax receipt shall be issued at the beginning of the following calendar year. Once the tax receipt has been transmitted, no refund of the donation amount shall be performed.

4. Dedicated Corporate Club Services
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to services accessible exclusively to members of the Association pour le Rayonnement de l’Opéra de Paris (AROP) Corporate Club. Within these terms, the customer shall be referred to as the "Member Company."
1) TERMS OF ACCESS AND CANCELLATION FOR "AROP RENDEZ-VOUS"
AROP Rendez-vous are cultural experiences dedicated to Corporate Club members.
Access Levels
• Benefactor: Paid access
• Partner: 8 invitations included; paid access thereafter
• Ambassador: 14 invitations included; paid access thereafter
> Any request to cancel a reservation for an AROP Rendez-vous must be submitted at least 15 business days in advance.
> Invitations included in the Partner and Ambassador membership benefits are valid only during the current membership period and may not be carried over if unused.
2) TERMS FOR PREMIUM BACKSTAGE TOURS AND PREMIUM TICKETS
2.1 Booking Procedures for Premium backstage tours and Premium Tickets
>
All requests for performance tickets or backstage tours must be submitted via
email to clubentreprises@arop.operadeparis.fr within the following
deadlines:
• Premium
Tickets (without catering): at
least 1 business day prior to the performance.
• Premium
Backstage Tours (without catering): at least 5 business days prior.
•
Premium
Tickets or Tours (with catering): at least 10 business days prior.
> All confirmations are final. No options may be placed, except for Ambassador members, who may hold options until 15 business days prior to the event.
> Catering services require a minimum of six (6) guests for a single performance or Premium backstage tour. Tickets shall be issued and sent only upon receipt of full payment.
2.2 Cancellation and Exchange of Premium Tickets
In the event of an exchange (initiated by the Corporate Member):
> Partial or total cancellations must be notified via email: clubentreprises@arop.operadeparis.fr.
> The following cancellation fees shall apply to tickets and services (excluding donations):
• Retention
of 50% of the total incl. tax (TTC): For modifications made more than 15 business
days prior.
• Retention
of 100% of the total incl. tax (TTC): For modifications made 14 business days or less
prior.
>
Exchanges:
Permitted up to 12 tickets per performance, subject to the following deadlines:
• Benefactor: 15 business days
• Partner: 8 business days
• Ambassador: 5 business days
> The donation portion remains definitively acquired and non-refundable.
Cancellation or Modification by the Paris Opera:
>
In the event of a cancellation by the Paris Opera (notably in cases of force
majeure, which expressly includes the requisition of the Opera by any
public authority for any reason whatsoever, and cases of national strikes
making it impossible to organize the scheduled event), your reservation will be
automatically terminated without further formality or compensation. In such
cases, Arop undertakes to refund:
• The
price of the performance tickets, excluding the donation amount.
• The
donation amount
attached to the ticket price only if the corresponding tax receipt has not yet
been issued. Otherwise, the donation amount remains acquired.
• The
price of any booked services (glass
of champagne, cocktails, programs).
Depending on availability and membership categories, Arop may offer an exchange for another performance.
> The Paris Opera reserves the right to modify the performances presented and, in particular, to offer a concert version if the conditions are not met to present the show as originally planned. In the event of a modified or "degraded" version, compensation may potentially be offered by the Paris Opera.
> If a performance is interrupted after more than half of its duration, the ticket will not be refunded.
> Cast lists and distributions are not guaranteed.
2.3 Cancellation and Exchange of Premium backstage tours
In the event of an exchange or modification initiated by the Corporate Member:
> Any modification to the order made by the member company that impacts the date, time of the visit, or the number of groups must be notified by email clubentreprises@arop.operadeparis.fr.
> Requests made less than 15 business days prior are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
> Subject to guide availability and site access, a tour may be rescheduled within the current season if requested at least 15 business days in advance. Rescheduling to a subsequent season is not permitted.
> Any modification to the order made by the member company affecting catering or dining services must be notified by email no later than 15 working days before the date of the visit.
In the event of a cancelation initiated by the Corporate Member:
> Up to 15 business days prior: 50% of the total amount incl. tax (TTC) shall be retained as a cancellation fee.
> Within 14 business days prior: 100% of the total amount incl. tax (TTC) shall be due.
> Tours offered as part of the Ambassador membership must be cancelled at least five (5) business days in advance; otherwise, the tour shall be deemed utilized.
Cancellation or Modification by the Paris Opera:
> In the event of cancellation by the Paris Opera, Arop undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the Member Company.
> The Paris Opera and Arop reserve the right to amend the tour itinerary whenever conditions are not met to ensure the visit is conducted under optimal circumstances.
