• If the price is lower, the difference shall result in an Paris Opera Credit Voucher.

A Paris Opera Credit Voucher (Bon d’avoir) is valid for two years from its date of issuance. It can be used as a payment method (excluding donations) through both Arop and the Paris Opera ticketing departments. Once the validity date has passed, the voucher will no longer be usable. Arop cannot be held responsible for the non-use of a Paris National Opera credit voucher.

In the event of cancellation:

Only Founding Patron members are eligible for a refund of their performance tickets, excluding the donation amount (limited to 2 seats per performance).

For all other membership categories, exchanging the ticket(s) remains the primary option. If a replacement date cannot be found, the Arop Ticketing Department may offer a credit note corresponding to the price of the performance ticket(s). Depending on the original payment method, the member may receive either:
An Arop Credit Note: This corresponds to the ticket price (excluding the donation) and any additional services. It can be used exclusively through Arop services for future bookings or for your membership renewal. This credit note is valid for two years from the date the booking was cancelled. After this period, it will expire and can no longer be used. Arop cannot be held responsible for unused credit notes.
• A Paris Opera Credit Voucher (Bon d’avoir): This is valid for two years from its date of issuance. It can be used as a payment method (excluding donations) through both Arop and the Paris Opera ticketing departments. Once the validity date has passed, the voucher will no longer be usable. Arop cannot be held responsible for the non-use of a Paris National Opera credit voucher    .

> Tickets booked through the Arop Ticketing Department cannot be resold on the Paris Opera’s official Ticket Exchange (Bourse aux Billets). Furthermore, Arop shall not be held responsible for tickets resold via any other third-party resale website. The reseller is the sole point of contact for their buyer and is responsible for all follow-up in the event of a performance cancellation.

6) CANCELLATION OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES (MEMBER-INITIATED)

Cancellations of "Glass of Champagne" or "Program" services must be notified to the Arop Ticketing Department no later than four (4) business days prior to the performance to be eligible for a refund or credit note:
• By phone: via the dedicated line for each membership category.
• By email: billetterie@arop.operadeparis.fr

Provided this notice is given and upon return of the relevant vouchers, these services may be eligible for a refund or an Arop credit note.

7) CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS FOR DAILY TICKETS DUE TO THE PARIS OPERA

> In the event of a cancellation by the Paris Opera (notably in cases of force majeure, which expressly includes the requisition of the Opera by any public authority for any reason whatsoever, and cases of national strikes making it impossible to organize the scheduled event), your reservation will be automatically terminated without further formality or compensation. In such cases, Arop undertakes to refund:
• The price of the performance tickets, excluding the donation amount.
• The price of any booked services (Glass of Champagne, Program).

Depending on availability and membership categories, Arop may offer an exchange for another performance.

> The Paris Opera reserves the right to modify the performances presented and, in particular, to offer a concert version if the conditions are not met to present the show as originally planned. In the event of a modified or "degraded" version, compensation may potentially be offered by the Paris Opera.

> If a performance is interrupted after more than half of its duration, the ticket will not be refunded.

> Cast lists and distributions are not guaranteed.
